Sometimes our clients have a list of names of potential candidates that they want to contact in a recruitment process. For ethical and / or moral reasons or for lack of time, they want us to help them to contact these candidates. The assignement is similar to the process in an ordinary headhunting assignment, except that Reperio does not make a separate research of the specific market.
Reperio means “to find” in Latin.
